Know which formats you can upload and export.

Steps

1. 1Documents: TXT, DOCX, and PDF. Guest files: up to 7 MB. Signed-in limits depend on the active plan, up to 25 MB.
2. 2Images: JPG, PNG, and WEBP. The shared document processor follows the same guest/signed-in limits; specialist image-recovery modes may use a smaller limit.
3. 3Export formats: TXT (all plans), PDF and DOCX (Pro and Business plans).
4. 4Other formats (XLSX, PPTX, HEIC, RTF) are not supported - convert them first.

Limitations

• Guest uploads are limited to 7 MB. Signed-in upload and text limits depend on the active plan, with a 25 MB technical file ceiling.
