Before you start

• A verified Humanit account

Steps

1. 1Go to /legal/data-deletion or Dashboard → Privacy → Delete My Data.
2. 2Submit a formal deletion request.
3. 3Humanit will process the deletion request within the applicable legal timeframe and remove supported account records, saved work, referral data and settings where deletion is permitted.
4. 4Deletion is irreversible for removed account records. Platform file copies, backups, security records or legally required records may follow separate retention periods where immediate physical erasure cannot be independently verified.

Tips

• Export any saved work you want to keep before requesting deletion.

Limitations

• Deleted account records cannot be restored. Some platform backups, security records or legally required records may remain for a limited retention period.
